Laguna Beach, CA and Williston, VT – Harris Computer Systems (Harris), a subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc. (TSX: CSU) is pleased to announce that the South Coast Water District (SCWD) has successfully gone live with Systems & Software’s enQuesta 4.

SCWD partnered with Systems & Software (S&S), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Harris, in 2004. As was the case with their initial enQuesta implementation, SCWD opted for a fast-tracked upgrade project.

“There are many new features that we especially find beneficial with enQuesta 4 including the rates engine, new Inquiry Portal view, and reporting options,” comments, Cassandra Garcia, Customer Service Manager, SCWD. Equally important, enQuesta 4 has laid the foundation for SCWD’s vision for their future conservation initiatives, including water budget billing.

In many instances, SCWD serves in a “pioneer” role for S&S. “They were the first customer to challenge us to offer a fast-tracked implementation process. They challenged us to deploy to a new operating platform. At every step of our relationship, we have worked together to deliver a better solution in support of their customer service initiatives,” said Raja Mukherjee, General Manager, S&S. “We benefit greatly from customers such as SCWD to be part of our customer community forcing us to be more efficient, creative, and customer-centric.”
