South Bend Water Works
S&S is happy to welcome South Bend Water Works to the enQuesta V6 family. The city serves approximately 43,000 water customers and provides services for sewer, solid waste, and storm water. It went live with a cloud version of enQuesta V6 on January 19, 2021. South Bend also implemented enQuestaLink and Capricorn.
As one of the first utilities to launch V6 amid Covid-19, the implementation and core team members from S&S and South Bend faced and overcame several challenges, delivering a smooth, remote go-live.
Truckee Meadows Water Authority
S&S is also excited to welcome Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) to the enQuesta V6 Family. Located in Nevada, the utility provides service for 130,000 water customers in Reno and Sparks. As part of its V6 cloud implementation, TMWA has also implemented enQuestaLink, Capricorn, SmartWorks, and InvoiceCloud.
