May 2, 2022 – Phoenix, Arizona – Today, Systems & Software announced that its client, Truckee Meadow Water Authority (TMWA), was chosen as a finalist for the CIS Project of the Year. It was awarded this designation for the implementation and go-live of the cloud-hosted version of enQuesta through CS Week’s Expanding Excellence Awards (EEA).
The selection committee received a record number of award submissions. TMWA’s finalist designation signifies that it scored very well and was within a close margin to the winner.
Scattered throughout the country, the combined teams from TMWA, Systems & Software, and an additional partner, Soft Resources, met or exceeded all agreed-upon deliverables and expectations related to the project. This includes those that were added to the scope by TMWA after the implementation began. There were no interruptions to TMWA’s day-to-day accountabilities and customer expectations.
Today, enQuesta is enabling TMWA to bill its customers based on monthly consumption and give customers the flexibility to view statements, pay bills, monitor usage, and even suspend and reconnect their services. “It became imperative to deliver a redesigned bill with enhanced water-use information and offer modern payment options and this required the implementation of newer, more capable technology. We’re really happy with everyone involved in delivering project success,” says Marci Westlake, Customer Service Manager, TMWA.
